Privacy at Passporteer
This policy explains what information the public tools process, what is sent to Passporteer, and the choices available to visitors.
Information processed by the tools
The current readiness checker, certificate scanner, schema validator and passport preview run primarily in the visitor’s browser. Files and text entered into those tools are not intentionally uploaded to Passporteer merely to calculate a result. Browser behavior, extensions, third-party services and future product changes can affect processing, so visitors should avoid entering confidential or restricted information unless they are authorized to do so.
Contact-form information
When a visitor submits the contact form, Passporteer receives the information deliberately entered, such as name, work email, company, area of interest, message and originating page. Cloudflare infrastructure processes the submission so it can be delivered to the Passporteer lead inbox.
Analytics and technical data
Google Analytics is used to understand page visits, tool usage and successful lead submissions. Analytics may process device, browser, approximate location, referral and interaction information according to Google’s services and the visitor’s browser or consent settings.
Purposes and retention
Information is used to respond to inquiries, improve the tools, detect abuse, understand site performance and operate the service. Inquiry data is retained only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes, legal obligations and business records.
Sharing and processors
Passporteer does not sell contact-form information. Service providers such as Cloudflare and Google may process information to provide hosting, security, email delivery and analytics.
Your choices
Visitors may avoid submitting the form, use browser privacy controls, block analytics scripts, or contact [email protected] to request access, correction or deletion where applicable.
